About Rebecca Jones
Rebecca is LegalVision’s Trade Marks Practice Group Leader. She is a registered Trade Marks Attorney, and has over 13 years’ experience working at top law firms in both Australia and New Zealand. Rebecca advises on many aspects of trade marks law, including brand protection strategies, availability searches, opposition proceedings, removal actions, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications and preparing evidence of use.

About Patrick Johnson
Patrick joined IP Australia in 2016, after an interest in intellectual property was sparked by the overlap in a passion for music and studying law. He has worked in various roles in the trade marks section including as an examiner and a team leader, as well as in IP attorney regulation. Patrick is currently a Project Officer in the trade mark section’s Quality, Practice and Customers team. Patrick is a self-confessed trade marks nerd, and is enthusiastic about helping businesses navigate the IP system and protect their rights.
