CreateSA – First Nations Governance and Financial Literacy Workshop

Registrations are now open for CreateSA First Nations Governance and Financial Literacy Workshop.

CreateSA is offering up to 25 South Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, arts workers and people actively engaged in the arts and cultural sector the opportunity to participate in this three-day in person workshop.

The workshop will build practical governance and financial knowledge and support First Nations people who currently sit on a board or management committee, as well as those interested in taking on these roles in the future. No previous board experience is required.

Workshop details

Dates: Tuesday 15 to Thursday 17 September 2026

Venue: Tandanya National Aboriginal Cultural Institute, Adelaide

Format: Three full days, delivered in person

The workshop will be co facilitated by a First Nations facilitator from the Institute of Community Directors Australia (IDCA).

Registrations close Friday 4 September 2026.
