Careers without Limits

A culturally grounded employment and pathways event, exclusively for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers and school leavers.
Careers Without Limits, a First Nations Careers & Employment Pathways Showcase, will bring together First Nations attendees with employers, industry representatives, government agencies, ACCOs and training providers to explore career pathways, traineeships, apprenticeships and long-term employment opportunities across multiple sectors.
Whilst an ‘expo’ is not a new concept, the day will be grounded in education and inspiration, beginning with an engaging keynote address from a respected First Nations educator, setting the tone for meaningful conversations about opportunity, inclusion, and career development.
Following the keynote, job seekers and students will arrive to meet with participating organisations who will have the opportunity to showcase their industry, speak with attendees about employment pathways, traineeships, apprenticeships, and career progression opportunities.
The event will conclude with an exhibitor and partners networking lunch and interactive discussions to encourage deeper engagement and networking.
All employers present on the day will be invited to attend future and ongoing Cultural Capability sessions to support their actions towards creating a culturally safe and inclusive organisation.
SYC Acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which this event takes place, the Kaurna People, and pay our respects to elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island communities.
