SUMMARY:Stretton Centre - Strategic Marketing for Small Business Growth
DESCRIPTION:Marketing should be a predictable driver of revenue\, not a constant guessing game! \n  \nFor many small businesses\, the biggest barrier to growth isn’t a lack of effort — it’s not having a clear and current marketing strategy. \n  \nThis practical 3-hour intensive workshop is designed to help local business owners move from reactive\, “hit-or-miss” promotion to a simple\, structured approach that consistently attracts new clients & increases sales potentials. \n  \nWhether you’re a new business establishing your presence in the northern suburbs or an established Playford business ready to grow\, this workshop will give you the clarity and confidence to focus your marketing on what actually works! \n  \nRather than chasing every new digital trend\, the workshop will focus on: \n– The core fundamentals of customer attraction \n– Understanding how your customers decide to buy \n– How to position your business as a trusted local provider \n– Prioritise your marketing activities so that they deliver the strongest return on investment \n  \nBy the end of the session\, participants won’t just leave with ideas; you will walk away with a clear 90-day marketing action plan tailored to your business. \n  \nMeet your presenter- Bec Alison (Marketing Consultant) \nBec Alison is a marketing consultant who helps small businesses simplify their marketing and build systems they can realistically maintain. She specialises in turning complex marketing strategies into clear\, practical workflows that fit alongside running a business\, not on top of it. Bec’s approach is strategy-led\, hands-on\, and focused on sustainable results rather than trends.

SUMMARY:Reconciliation Australia - National Reconciliation Week 2026
DESCRIPTION:All In for National Reconciliation Week 2026\n  \nThe theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 is All In\, a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day. \nAll In makes clear that reconciliation is not a spectator sport and that all of us must step away from the sidelines and take action to make change. \nThe theme also reminds us that reconciliation and advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ rights isn’t a passive activity\, and it is not solely the responsibility of First Nations people\, who have carried the weight of championing\, explaining and acting for far too long. \nReconciliation will not happen by itself\, and it will not happen without all of us. \nThe #NRW2026 campaign was created in collaboration with Carbon Creative\, a First Nations-owned and operated marketing and creative agency. \nThe artwork for this campaign is by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey\, who applied his distinctive style to create a colourful and optimistic visual representation of people from all walks of life being ‘all in’ to make change.
