DESCRIPTION:In this no-cost deep-dive full-day training\, you will get some of the latest scientific insights into ways to improve your mental health and wellbeing. You will explore a variety of mental health topics\, including stress management\, countering thinking traps\, exploring meaning and purpose\, mindfulness\, and much more. \nYou will access a wellbeing assessment providing confidential insights into six key areas: wellbeing\, resilience\, anxiety\, stress\, mood\, and health. Based on your results\, you’ll create a personalised plan to develop ongoing wellbeing habits and integrate activities into your work routine. You will receive a printed workbook summarising the session and practical activities\, an evidence-based activity bank with over 30 wellbeing practices\, and a participation certificate. \nThis training will be held in person in the Murraylands Skills Centre and includes free refreshments and lunch. \nIn this workshop\, we will explore: \n\nFoundational knowledge about mental health\, wellbeing and resilience\nYour personal wellbeing drivers\nThe way stress impacts our body and typical stress responses to look out for\nThe negativity bias and how to overcome it\nA range of practical activities aimed at improving wellbeing resources or reducing challenges\nThe relevance of tailoring these activities to your own unique needs and what may promote or stand in the way of implementing them into your daily routine\nThe importance of habit formation and some tips and tricks to help you build or strengthen your existing wellbeing habits\n\nWe are so excited to share this knowledge\, and insights based on scientific research with you to help you protect and safeguard your own and your staff’s wellbeing. \nSee you there!
