DESCRIPTION:In this no-cost deep-dive full-day training\, you will get some of the latest scientific insights into ways to improve your mental health and wellbeing. You will explore a variety of mental health topics\, including stress management\, countering thinking traps\, exploring meaning and purpose\, mindfulness\, and much more. \n  \nYou will access a wellbeing assessment providing confidential insights into six key areas: wellbeing\, resilience\, anxiety\, stress\, mood\, and health. Based on your results\, you’ll create a personalised plan to develop ongoing wellbeing habits and integrate activities into your work routine.
